Member

Personal Information
Opening balance of sets could be entered while adding new member in Society Plus.
Opening share capital / Cash advance could be configured in the member's master.
Opening balance of thrift, SSS kind of schemes could be configured in the member's master.
Scheme eligibility too can be configurable, it will be taken for automated thrift, SSS kind of scheme values while raising appraiser.
New schemes could be added by users, without software vender support.
Member's overdue sets could be adjusted with cash or adjustment with advances.
Members advance/share capital could be received/refund at any point of time.

Yarn

Yarn can be added/removed by the user without software vender support
Yarn rates could be configuration for various periods; this will be used to calculate current yarn stock values.
Yarn consumption are automated, user don't need to remember the consumption calculations.
Yarn consumption details could be modified by the user for each finished goods
Yarn could be transferable another yarn variety.

Finished Goods

Finished goods items could be added / removed by the user without software vender support or software up gradation.
Finished goods and damaged goods opening balance could be added in the finished goods master.
Each finished goods can have set of yarn consumption details, this too configurable in finished good master.
Each finished goods can have various wages and rates, this can be set for each periods.
Software by default supporting Basic, D.A wages.
Also supporting configuration for Cost of the finished goods, selling rate and govt. rates.
Finished goods could be transferable to other finished goods.

Scheme

Schemes can be added/removed by the user without software vender support
Schemes amount calculation could be automated in various modes like Fixed, percentage of wages and custom values.
Schemes could be a liability or asset to the member/society.

Purchase

Yarn purchase could be maintained by the society++
Purchase return also could be maintained by the society++
Supporting multiple types of purchases.
Supporting purchase modes are credit, cash, advance payment and through the bank.

Sales

Sales could be maintained by the society++
Sales return also could be maintained by the society++
Supporting multiple types of sales.
Supporting sales modes are credit, cash and by the cheque.
Selling rates are automated, depending the customer, rate will be taken from finished goods master.

Reports

Member Reports

Society plus contains N number of members related report to service the members for the better way.

Member sets report

This report will contain each sets transaction details for the particular member for a given period.

Member schemes report

This report will contain each scheme transactions details for the particular member for a given period.
These reports format and report generation is very easy to understand.
These reports could be submitted for audit related purpose without any correction.
Reports criteria/conditions are very easy to understand without any software vender support.

Member Abstract Report

This report will show the Closing balance of sets as on date.
Also will show the total wages, share capital, cash advance and all other scheme balances for the current financial year.
It also have option to show only active member, idle member and all the members
. User can see the selected member or all the members balance report.

Member's wages advance report

This report will show the wages report for each day to all the members.
User can set the date range for the wages report.

Member's wages advance report

This report will be used to get the list of sets and wages transacted for the given period.
Here user can get three different formats of reports.
1. To show the sets details
2. To show the wages/deductions details.
3. To show both the information in the same page
If the user given multiple days, it will show the total transaction for the given periods.

Yarn Issue reports

This report will show the yarn issues for the given period as well the sets details.
This report will split the result for each days, it's not a consolidated result of yarn issues.

Member's attendance report

This report will indicate member's attendance to the society, the meaning if the members has appraiser, it will be treated as attended.
From this report societies easily can identifies, which are the members actively working.
Also societies could easily identify idle/active members.

Yarn consumption report

This report used to identify the yarn consumption for the given period
Also could find the closing stock of the yarn as on date.

S.S.S. Report - Quarter claim

These report used to submitting 4% govt. contribution claims.

Stock reports

Society plus contains varies stock related reports.
From these reports can track the stock details at any time, in easy manner.
These reports format and report generation is very easy to understand.
These reports could be submitted for audit related purpose without any correction.

Finished goods stock register

This will contains each day finished goods received, sold and closing stock details.
This will be used for finished goods stock register, this reports should be taken for each months.

Yarn stock register

This will contains each day yarns purchased, issued and closing stock details.
This will be used for yarn stock register, this reports should be taken for each months.

Sets stock register

This will contains each day sets issued, collection and closing stock details.
This will be used for sets stock register, this reports should be taken for each months.
Abstract reports for finished goods, yarn and sets.
We have 3 more reports to print closing stock values for given date.

Sales reports

It's contain 3 kind of report to track sales details, those are..

Sales chita report

This will show the sold items details for a given date.
This also will show the price details.
It's contains 4 group of suppliers sales.
User can take the report for each group.
Those groups are whole sale, retail, co-optex and others.

Rebate claim report

This report used to submitting rebate claim from the govt.
It's contains 4 group of suppliers sales.
User can take the report for each group.
Those groups are whole sale, retail, co-optex and others.
This will show label price, rebate allowed, net amount and rebate claimed.
