It is a kind of intermediate billing systems.

Some of the department/specialty like Dispensary won't collect the cash at the time for the service, even many of the hospitals never raise bill for the service at the same time, and these kind of service billing will be kept in paper as a receivable pending list. At the time of discharge these paper bill will be added in final bill.

Normally it is too complicated to collect exact payments without mistakes.

This service desk module will solve all the relevant issues; here user can raise a bill against selected patient at the time of service. It will be treated as short bills.

At the time of patient discharge, these short bill items can be imported directly in the billing entry screen without reenter the same billing items. Without paid these payments patient couldn't discharge from the system.
