User can design their own patient discharge summary format using proforma designer.

LRD designer supports some of special display data items to prepare discharge summary.

Those special items are patient name, gender, age, DOB, date of admission, EMR no, Admission no., address, bed and ward, these item can be placed anywhere in the patient discharge summary at the time of designing patient discharge summary using LRD
